The issue effects the all three of these systems because recycling effects natural resources. By recycling the amount of natural resources that we use would decrease.
Food and agriculture use a lot of recyclable materials that can be recycled. But if it to expensive to recycle then there is really no real reason to do it. We depend on natural resources for our everyday life. From wrapping food in plastic or paper to distributing farm materials in them. This is a tough issue cost wise. If the cost was not so high to recycle there would be no problem with it.

The pro side to this issue is that landfills are filling up at an alarming rate and we need to do something about it as quick as we before it is too late. A way to do this is by recycling. Recycling helps restore natural resources and reduce the amount of garbage in landfills which give out greenhouse gases that cause global warming. He answers many very important questions like, "recycling is not necessary because land filling trash is environmentally safe." The answer to that is landfills are major sources of air and water pollution, including greenhouse gas emissions. Another question is, "Recycling is not cost effective. It should pay for itself."
