I started practicing yoga last quarter, and from my point of view yoga is an exercise that helps me to integrate the main aspects of my life. Yoga benefits all three main aspects of life, the spirit, mind, and body. There are many different forms of yoga, and each has their own specific poses. These poses help you to find a harmony between your body, mind, and spirit. People can choose which poses that are best for them as there is no specific poses in yoga. It is because everyone has their own body and mind structure in finding a harmony on their yoga practice.

The main purpose that I am practicing yoga is that I am searching for harmony in my body, mind, and spirit. I often feel stressful on my school work, and sometimes
