A good reason why you should learn to control yourself while you are playing a sport is because you can not play good if you have an attitude or are mad because the official made a bad call. When playing a sport you are going to have people cheering for you and people cheering against you. The one's that are cheering against you are going to get loud, call your name out loud, laugh at you but all they are trying to do is to get under your skin and keep you from focusing on the game.
