My Grandfather

There are many people in my family that is special to me. There is one particular person who has really had an impact on my life. My grandfather, Luther James Marshall, was my inspiration. Although he died in March of 2001, he showed me how important life really was. My grandfather was just like my father. Although I had my real father around me, my grandfather was the one who was always there for me. No matter what happened in my life, he was always the one who looked beyond my faults. It seemed like no matter what I done, I was always a perfect little girl to him. My grandfather was great at many things. He was a faithful church member/worker, understanding, and humorous. My grandfather loved to go to church. When it came to church, he served in many auxiliaries. When he was down and sick, he was still attending church. There is one time that comes to my mind. My grandfather taught me many things during my 17 years of childhood. I will always miss my paw-paw. His teachings, words, and wisdom will be with me forever.
