Our recent actions in the middle east have received little to no approval by our allies. If we attack Iraq our efforts to eliminate terrorism in other countries will be jeopardized due our actions angering other foreign powers. This could give rise to more anti-U.S. terrorist attacks, and could end up doing us more harm than good. With the U.S. standing virtually alone in its war against Iraq this would leave our country extremely vulnerable to other once-latent threats.

Iraq also no longer poses a serious threat to the U.S. Although reports have told of secret mobile weapons labs little to know solid evidence backs up this theory. Due to the strict economic and military sanctions place on Iraq the county's ability to become a military superpower has been all but eliminated. Also no proof of Iraqi involvement with the Taliban eliminates another one of the reasons for an attack of any sort. More efforts to solve this problem
