When two people really love each other a lot, they usually make a decision to get married. However neither one of those people fully realize the duties of being married until after it happens. When a woman gets married, she takes on a number of responsibilities, however, after a period of time most couples begin to fuss about what these duties are.
When a couple is standing on the podium listening to a preacher talk, are they really listening to what he's saying and what they have to repeat? The groom says something along the lines of, "[Bride's name], I promise, with God's help, to be your faithful husband. To love and to cherish you, as Christ commands, in sickness and in health, for better or worse, till death do us part." Then the bride says something along the lines of, "[Groom's name], I promise, with God's help, to be y

There is not a to do the garbage, or to mow the lawn, or to wash the dishes, or to cook the food. Some things simply are not stated in the vows. So whose duty is it to do these things? That is where society and history come in to play. It is the assumption upon most living couples that the man does the garbage and the lawn, and the woman does the dishes and the cooking. However, what happens when one person in a couple does not want to do a certain duty?
