Business Ethics

For a business to be socially acceptable, it must have ethics involved. the business must be able to keep both employees and consumers content. A business must also look socially acceptable even when it's misleading society. To be sucessful at this you must know what's involved in keeping a company honest, dependable and trustworthy. It's always important for a business to be socially acceptable. Businesses should always be ethically responsible.

To really make a business sucessful their are four steps you can take to achieve socail responsiblity as well as being successful in general. For any business to be sucessful it must know how to keep both consumers and employees happy. If this acomblished it's proved that a organization will report a reduded emploee turnover rate and productivity will increase. Second step to follw would be make sure the public is aware of your good practice


It's an employes responsibilty to take a stand if their place of business is not being socailly responsible.
