In our day and age, we cannot live without money. People need money to purchase material items, food to survive, and even entertainment. One can argue that money is what makes this world go around. Although money can seem to make one happy, there are also very negative consequences when one develops a love for money, and the love for it can cause great damage. I agree with the quote in the First Epistle of Paul to Timothy, "The love of money is the root of all evil, "because love of money creates greed, murder, and even wars among mankind.
