People differ from one to another in many ways eg height, weight, speed, age etc. generally it is stated that motor skills are initially dependent on the physical fitness of the person. Because most sports have high fitness and physical demands, in strength, endurance and flexibility so people who have high fitness levels can usually adopt a skill with ease, but people with low fitness and physical levels tend to take longer to learn certain skills. Like in the game of rugby league, speed, strength and agility all need to be peaked to play the game to its maximum.
