Carl Sagan, Neil Freud, and Jeffery Rifkin discuss in all three articles the idea of robots and computer evolving into "intelligent machines". These machines (computers) will one day replace humans. These three articles talk about how these machines will change the way we live, love, and perceive the world.

These "intelligent machines", as Sagan refers, will perform simple tasks and one day replaces workers. Robots and machines already are performing certain tasks that are too dangerous for humans.
