There are many different theories and opinions about who the Third Murderer may be. Each suspect has his or her own attestation for being the Third Murderer, and each suspect has a reasoning of why they aren't. There is always new pieces of substantiation emerging, however, the majority of the evidence supports Macbeth's servant, Seyton, as the Third Murderer.
