ADVERTISING ON CHILDREN In today's world, advertising is becoming more widespread. Its role is to increase market share and educate consumers about the new products .There are many ways of advertising which are television, radio, national press, local newspapers, magazines, cinemas and the most important one billboards. Nowadays, advertisers are likely to use billboards which are positioned near schools. Because, in the past, advertising seems to be a part of an adult's world, however, recently, advertisers have realized that children would become the most influenced group by advertising. This opinion also came up in producers' minds so that they started producing childrenswear and foods besides toys and games. As a result of this, as Anita Holmes says, " Marketing and advertising to children is on the rise." ( Conover) Thus, whole new advertising strategy was developed to attract young children into being young consumers. Children are a Godsend to advertising which means children give a new life and potentiality to advertisers and marketers in order to create new advertisements and product.
