The Many Different Colors of Roses

Since the beginning of time, flowers have voiced human emotions and feelings as well as man's spirituality, religion, and his love. Flowers were associated with several superstitions including love potions and how long a person was going to live or die. Not only was the type of flower important when interpreting meanings or superstitions, but the color of the flower and the way it was presented or worn, played a major part.

Take for example; roses. What is the number one way to say "I love you", especially on Valentine's Day? Nothing other than a bouquet of beautiful red roses. Roses, like all flowers, are used to symbolize feelings or express thought. Each color of a rose has a symbolic meaning, and a carefully selected bouquet could speak the softest expression without offence. When most people think of a rose, the first thing that comes to mind is the sharp thorns then beauty. Not so many people realize when you give a person flowers you are supposed to giving them a message of inner thoughts. The color of a flower has its own terms and conditions for the word love. It's up to the giver to decide what he or she is trying to say. Roses are beautiful, indulging flowers that love to show love.
