Legalization of Marijuana

Marijuana is the only medicine that can alleviate the pain that is caused by the most deadly diseases such as AIDS, cancer and glaucoma. Why fight over legalization of marijuana while people are suffering from such a very dangerous diseases? Pain is the biggest motivation to look for patient's medical treatment. The fight over legalization of marijuana for medical use has become an extremely consequential factor, especially in the lives of patients who are suffering, yet no agreeable conclusion has been reached. According to numerous researches marijuana has been proven to have different significant use for medical purposes. Some of its use has been linked to relive diseases caused by glaucoma, cancer, and AIDS. It is also reported that it is better drug than any legally recognized drugs. Despite the fact that federal law prohibits marijuana for medical use, marijuana is proven to have a greater medical value for patients who are suffering.

Marijuana use can reduce the pain, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite caused by AIDS and cancer. It alleviates pain for cancer patients. It is also extremely helpful in reducing discomfort and nausea after chemotherapy. Marijuana is known for dietary problems. Often times, cancer patients lose their appetite causing them to suffer from malnutrition. In this case, marijuana provokes their appetite and forces them to develop a better eating habit.
