Unhealthy Society
We have entered into a society with an indulgence for quick and easy food. Today, unhealthy food choices have been made too convenient, and this is perhaps a response to the increasingly hectic, fast paced world of work. The nine-to-five work day is no longer the norm. Time constraints, cheap and abundant fast food and the constant bombardment of media images and advertisements have negatively affected our diets and overall health over the years. In today's world, there are many single parent families, and in most traditional households, both of the parents work. We are surrounded everywhere with fast food restaurants and convenience food. When Coca-Cola decided to enter the Japanese market, their goal was to have a Coke machine within arms' reach, wherever you were.
