By meeting his double, the captain learns that life is much deeper then what it seems. Life will not always be a merry-go-round and tough times are bound to occur. By having this secret sharer, the captain learned many valuable lessons about life and himself. All a person needs is someone to open up to, or a mentor to guide you. Not everything can be done independently and in life, everyone needs someone to lean on and teach.
