Marijuana should be legalized! Marijuana, cannabis, is a plant that is used for many reasons. Marijuana was utilized as far back as 2737 B.C. by Chinese emperor Shen Nung. Then a Chinese physician mixed cannabis and white wine to make an anesthetic. By the 1890s, some medical reports had stated that marijuana was a useful pain reliever. If marijuana is legalized, a lot of drug dealers would vanish, money spent on drug testing would decrease dramatically, and marijuana has a lot of benefits to offer.
