It has always amazed me that two children from the same family, same influences and same upbringing can have such different values. I have found this to be true most of the time. It is not that one child has a bad value system and the other good – just different. Why? The parents teach the same values, yet the children end up with values that are different from each other. This has come to my attention because it has definitely happened in my own family. I had a lot of responsibility on my head at a very young age. My mother worked tweo and sometimes three jobs at various times to support the four of us children. That meant that I Had to help raise my two younger sisters and brother.
