The Three Strike Law is not doing what it was said to do. it puts people in jail for to

many non-violent crimes. then for each of the non-violent cases it will over flow the jail houses

wish will for se the actual violent cases to be seat loose with merely pensions and house arrests.

All these cases that are sending people to jail for all there non- violent crimes which will cost tax

payers to pay even more for at the rate of how many people are being sent to jail.

If this three strike law isn't doing what is was made to do then why was it made. Well

the author was a man named Joe Klass a WWII hero. He lost his grand daughter by man that

went into her bedroom and murdered her. So in revenge for Polly Klaas and to stop any other

government dose not want to fix the problem that don't want to admit they did something
