1. This article talks about what happens to the body and brain of individuals with schizophrenia. The author of the article talks about the causes and the research that has been done regarding schizophrenia. The researchers had come up with four hypotheses behind the causes of the disorder. The first one is the Dopamine Hypothesis, which means that there is over activity of dopamine neurotransmitters in the cortical and limbic areas which may cause the disorder. The second suspected reason is the NMDA receptor hypothesis.
