At around 8:00 in the morning, terrorists hijacked one of four planes. It left its pre-calculated flight path and redirected towards the north tower of the World Trade Center. Terrorists herded the horrified passengers to the aft portion of the Boeing 767. They noticed the plane changing directions by the ever so gentle back of the plane and the shifting of light penetrating the tiny portholes in the fuselage. Some of those who died died in the explosion. Others slowly burned, or chocked by oceans of smoke. Onlookers witnessed victims leap to their doom out windows on top of the world.

Alarms sound and emergency lights flash alerting everyone to evacuate the doomed structure. Fires render elevators inoperable causing thousands of people to descend hundreds if not thousands of feet to the lower levels where they can escape to safety. It would take some people thirty to forty-five minutes to descend the countless stairwells. Suddenly, the importance of each person's job becomes worthless. CEO's and janitors fly down crowded ladder wells tripping every few feet. People pushed some over the railing accidentally in an effort to reach bottom.
