Abortion

Abortion has been a debatable issue ever since it was introduced in 1803, in the English statutory law. There have been many cases dealing with abortion. And they have argued whether or not it is there right of privacy.

When you think of abortion and the cases it has came up in the most definity you think of Roe v. Wade. In the case of Roe. Wade it states " The unborn are not included within the definition of "person" as used in the 14 amendment" and the 14 amendment states" all persons born or naturalized in the US and subject to jurisdiction there of are citizens of the US and of the state where in they reside. No state shall make or enforce and law which shall a bridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the US nor shall and state deprive and person of life, liberty or property without due process of law nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" Which is argued many time in the case.
