Abortion

Abortion has been an issue of heated debate in the United States for numerous years. There are two stances that may be taken in this issue; pro-life or pro-choice. Pro-choice advocates do not consider abortions to be murder. On the other hand, pro-life persons view abortion as intentional murder of a human being. All in all, abortion may seem like a quick solution to an urgent problem. However, it is immoral, and is a decision with many repercussions.

Post abortion syndrome is not only found in females, but in males as well. Some men, who perhaps did not want to have the abortion, or who forced the woman into having one, often experience these feelings. That is just one draw back to abortion. Another drawback is the health issue. Many women can get infections from abortion clinics, as well as increase her odds of a miscarriage in a future pregnancy. With all of this in mind, is abortion worth it?

Abortion, an act legal in our country, is disgraceful. According to Wanda Franz, Ph.D., "Twenty years and 30 million abortion deaths ago, the Supreme Court arrogantly ignored the dic
