A detailed Summary of Affirmative Action
Affirmative Action was developed with good intentions, of that I have no doubt. However, I don't believe Affirmative Action policies have been entirely beneficial. I have trouble seeing this issue with out bias, because I believe Affirmative Action in and of itself is a form of prejudice. It is the direct opposite of equality and fairness, which is precisely what it aimed to achieve. Nevertheless I did my best to accurately assess the pros and cons justly.
