Most black holes are in a constantly spinning motion because of the original spin of the star. This spinning motion absorbs matter and spins it within the Even Horizon that is formed around the black hole. The Event Horizon is thought to be the skin of the black hole, the boundary where nothing could escape the gravitational pull of the object.
