We decided to establish a total democracy that relies on free enterprise. We will divide the planet into six separate colonies, with leaders from each institution, until the voting process is in place. Political parties will become defunct, and the Electoral College will not be used for the election process. A straight flat tax of 15% will be placed on all workers and Social Security will no longer be needed. The government will utilize a House of Representatives, represented by percentage of each colonies population and will represent all men and women. The Senate will remain in place, like on Earth. Education will play a major role in surviving in this new environment. The three essentials of education are funding, structure and basic curriculum. To fund our education, the economy will be taxed a flat eight percent across the board. College and trade training will be governmentally funded to assist children from all walks of financial status. The structure will basically remain the same as previous planet, except BMAV classes will be mandatory to create a morally sound society.

We should have but one single agenda and no inherent ideology - other than mutual respect and a deeply felt concern for the welfare of life on this planet. We are open to anyone who wishes to work with us, and take no one position on the classical truths of religion. Members are entirely free to disagree on matters of ideology, but come together in a common spirit of friendship and respect.

The cultural aspect of this institution will be presented as arts and entertainment. This is a way to truly offer up different ideas, cultures, ethnic groups, religions and visions of the diverse environment represented on this planet. Not only serving as an escape and outlet, this will enhance the learning and creating capabilities of all who live here. Even our environment and landscape will serve as a pallet to display our creativity. It is our hope that through creating and displaying our ideas and visions, we will be able to fully understand our fellow man.

The family is the core institution on this new colony. We will be free to decide the number of children we wish to bring into this new environment.
