That is an interesting question. But the answer is not that easy. Sure, we have sold out in many areas of our culture. Case and point, how many people have dream catchers in their cars? While they have little understanding of what they mean, or that they were manufactured in Taiwan? The question shouldn't be are we selling our culture, but rather how far have we sold out? And second when is it enough, how much is too much?

From the time of contact and even before, with Europeans we were already traded, which is a form of sustaining an economy. We were traded for fur, clothes, etc. Our economies already knew business plans, and economy growth. We didn't have money to compensate
