It is recommended that we should drink 6-8 glasses of water per day but if your active, working out you should double that. The body is complex that the body could withstand the absence of food for a longer than it can the absence of water. Water is present in every cell and constitutes two-thirds of body weight. It flushes wastes away, cools us through sweat, and keeps skin and mucous membranes moist.

Vitamins are like a shield that assists the proteins, fats and carbohydrates in fulfilling their different function in the body.
