At first when I found out that we had to do this project, I didn't think it would be as accurate as it was. I was expecting the web site to tell me just minimal things such as "you need 2 more servings of milk a day." Yet, this analysis really showed me what foods I need to eat more and what foods I should stay away from more.

I realized that I need more calcium in my daily diet. At home I used to drink at least two big glasses of orange juice a day and now that my refrigerator will not fit a big thing of orange juice, I do not drink it. I think I need to buy the smaller ones from a super market, because not only do I need orange juice, I miss tasting it.
