This article relates to the world because it deals with a group of people who did some very bad things to another group of people. In turn many nations got involved and spent a lot of time, energy, and money to stop this genocide. NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is on a "Peace Keeping Mission" in Kosovo, nearby Bosnia, and several other countries and regions affected by the Serbs' race motivated holocaust. They have arrested several Serb military personnel and
