To determine the reason for Germany successful in its military, it is obvious that Hitler's strategies on Nazi's army, within the country, and foreign policies are the key role for the militarily successful. In German, far before World War II started, Hitler have planned and prepared for the war. Hitler tried to build up a strong economy by applying economic policies such as investing capital in the economy to prepare for the war. On the other hand, Hitler knows that he need to build up good relationship with foreign countries as well as to develop a strong society for the country. He decided to maintain good relationships with countries that were militarily strong enough to threaten his plan of conquering the whole Europe. In addition, one part of Hitler's four-year plan is to increase the population of Germany. Hitler believed that man powers in war can most determine the successful of a country. He thus putting out lots of beneficial polices which encourage German people to give birth. In June 1933 Hitler offered that with the birth of each child part of the loan of the family can be neglected. This act indeed increases the population in Germany from 65 million on 1930 to 68 million in 1939. rld War II.
