Sam Rose stands trial for her actions. Three counts : 1: Posing or adulterating a drink 2: Assault with a deadly weapon or by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and 3: Drug possession. The act of poisoning is a covert act, a strike from the darkness. A person who would commit these acts is not a strong, powerful, person. She would be the type of person who would avoid the gaze of her peers, sit in the corner at social events, and not fit in with the most popular of her peers all the while longing to be a part of the community around her. This, your honor, is Sam Rose a person in conflict. The result of that conflict? The defendent developed a deep seeded and unfocused anger. You will hear that Sam was an introvert. She would sand in the corner at dances, and she never went to the regular haunts. She even found a job in the schools' registrars office where she didn't have to interact with her peers.
