Death, a word we are all raised to dread. A word no one wants to hear. A word that causes tears, fears, and pain. But do we really understand the meaning of this word to fear it so much? Do we just cry because of the lack of understanding? When one hears the word death he is left with a blank and only thinks of the life that has been taken away, neglecting the life that has been given. Yes, the definition of death is "The end of life" but it also means that life will be given. Death is when life is ended here on earth and begins in the afterlife. The soul leaves the body during its earthly death and is judged in the next life and goes to either a good place or a bad place. Depending on the individual's religion the places will vary. When one dies, it is his time to die. Everyone's time is different. No one knows when he or she will die. We all have a ticking clock inside of us, whenever it runs out it is our time to die. No one has control over his or her life clock. So it may be anyone's time at anytime. Usually when they l
east expect it. The soul that controls our body leaves the body when the time comes for death. It is as if the soul is just borrowing the body for a while until its test on earth here is finished. The soul then leaves the body behind, when the time calls for. The soul can be compared to a spirit or a floating cloud, like Casper. A good example of the Soul and the body can be of a boy given a test to complete in a period of time. The boy goes in with a test but when he is finished he gives the test back to the teacher. The same applies to the soul; the soul is given the body, and when it is finished with the long test called life, it gives the body back. On the other hand, When the person that died was a good just person. Who committed no wrong doings, was always honest, and was generous, his soul would be sent to the good parts of the afterlife.
