Years ago, and even sometimes these days, race played a major part to peoples' decisions. In simple terms, racial prejudices used to be the guiding force to how people treat someone who belongs to other ethnic background. Following is a classification of the various areas in peoples' reactions where race plays a role.

Part of one's reaction can be the first impression of an individual to another. Peoples' first impressions are sometimes affected by race because of what has been implanted in their minds - the thought that the other race is generally different because of their different color.
