wuthering hights
The year is 1801. Lockwood, the narrator, has just arrived at his new home, Thrushcross Grange, an estate in the north of England. After finishing her story, Isabella leaves for London with her dog. In London, she gives birth to a baby, Linton, a rather sickly child. Twelve years later, Isabella will die. Heathcliff refuses Nelly's pleas to work as housekeeper at Wuthering Heights. He knocked out one side of the coffin and plans to be buried on Catherine's other side, so their dust can mingle. Edgar will not be able to tell them apart.
