the fall of the house of usher

When a person is isolated from the real world, a person can be affected by other person's fears and insanity, both will soon be just as crazy. Their fears of noises and shadows adapts physically and emotionally to the other people. Usher wrote a letter to Ed Poe and told him to come visit and so he comes. After being around Usher for long, Ed Poe goes crazy too; he was sharing the same fears and ideas, his mind adapted to the situation. I think anybody could let their imagination take over, especially when you are alone or scare, you would think and see thing that you never seen before in reality, it is just like when dreams somehow come true, sometimes it could be really scary and sometimes it could make you feel better. Poe's fear grows to the point that they were having the same fears, Usher's feeling begin to affect Poe's attitude, the noises they heard scared both of them "The Fall of the House of Usher" is a perfect example of a short story, because all of the elements of the story add up to its over all effect, horror.

he was inside the way he describes how the house looked could of made anyone scared, especially people who know how to used their imagination. I really like how describes everything in detail and make normal things sound different, like the noises made the story scary.

Another way Poe added terror to the story was just over all moods of the story and how he wrote everything I think that Poe's "The Fall of the House of Usher" was an excellent example of a good short story, because all the events amplified the story's effect, instead of making it have a complicated plot.
