Capital Punishment 22

What would the world be like if the guilty was punished? Great; if in that world we could punish only the guilty and not the innocent. Jeffrey Reiman states that "refusing to execute murderers though they deserve it both reflects and continues the taming of the human species that we call civilization." I place the question of whether or not the world will be a better place without capital punishment upon yo
