In today's society, employers expect employees to do what is asked without question. But are there certain restrictions employers have, or are there certain rights that the employees have? These questions are questions that can be taken many ways. Most people believe that there are restrictions that employers have, along with certain rights employees have. Also, there are certain times employees should go out of their way to help the employer if it is morally right.

Everybody should go out of his or her way to do something for someone else if it's morally right. An example of this can be found in an everyday grocery store. Lets' say that there is an employer whose wife was just in a horrible car accident and his wife is not expected to live through the night.
