With these laws, society knows who the culprit is who has been the innovator of "violence, intimidation and harassment," and police can put a stop to it. I find that out of the 3 perspectives of free speech, the 3rd prospective (argument for strict interpretation of the first amendment/ few forms of expression if it causing a "clear and present danger," would help each state lower the violence/harassment/intimidation from the Ku Klux Klan members. I feel that mask wearing only try's to help a person cover up their identity when they physically and mentally know that they are doing something wrong. The Ku Klux Klan should not be aloud to wear masks due to their past history of violence.
