America is often known as one of the most powerful nations of the world. Whether it was genocide or a country having a communist revolution, America is usually there to take control and police the globe. However, what is America's role for the next century? The three main roles America will have in the next millennium are to improve the quality of American life, to spread across the world bringing peace and prosperity, and to gain and provide knowledge that is useful fpr advances in our society.
America was founded on improving life. After Christopher Columbus discovered America, it was known as the "New World." Migrants from European countries came here to worship in their own religion freely, unrestricted by strict laws in Europe, In the quality of their own life.
In today's American society, the government works hard to keep equality among the sexes and the races
As you can see, America has a very large weight placed upon its shoulders. America has roles in which to achieve a unite country, world peace, and knowledge in leading our race into the 21st century. With these roles not only will the quality of life improve but also we will be able to work out all the problems in the human race.
Although the Cold War has ended, America still thrives to be the most modern and knowledgeable country. America will bring the world into the next century with technological advances. America has spent billions on research and development. In the next century, America will take the space program to the next step, whether it is space colonization or having people travel to reaches beyond our moon. I believe it is the United States' role to gain and share knowledge that we gain in order to improve the world. Not only will that make life better
