If I were to talk to immigrants about living in America, I would tell them that freedom means a lot to us and gives us the chance to do and have things most other people could only dream about. If we are born poor, we don't have to stay that way. We can improve our lives just by our desire and ambitions to get ahead. We can find happiness in being able to do what we want and what we like to do. In America everyone is suppose to be treated as equals. That is something that our country boasts about, but in reality there are several levels of how people are treated. Unfortunately, our social status and even our ethnic background can play a big part on how we are treated.
