Basketball and football are sports that involve a lot of team work and dedication. In order to succeed in both of these sports, you have to be willing to exercise, and strengthen your body. These sports involve some type of physical contact. Sometimes, you will get hurt, but that is part of the sport. These sports involve a lot of concentration. You put 110% into working with your teammates, and be ready to compete amongst each other. You will sometimes have to work at much harder levels. For example, you will face other teams that are ranked higher than your team, but you have to be willing to help your teammates out and give the sport all you've got. Basketball and football involves a staff of coaches. You have head coaches, and you will also have assistant coaches too. You will have to have a positive attitude towards learning in both basketball and football. Both sports are like a family once basketball or football team starts. You have to put a lot of effort into working with other teammates that you have never worked with before. You have to be willing to get along with all of your teammates and sh


Football is a more physical sport than basketball. This sport allows you to play more roughly than you would play in basketball. In football, in order to achieve your goal you have to stop a person by tackling them. In football, you wear much heavier uniforms than you would in basketball. You wear helmets to protect your head, you wear knee pads to protect your knees, and you also wear shoulder pads to protect your shoulders. Football can sometimes get more physical than basketball. Sometimes people pull your face masks, and that can do some harm to your neck. In football, in order to score, you either have to run the ball into the in zone, or you have to throw a pass to someone and the catch the ball in the in zone, or catch the ball and run in.

Basketball is not as physical as football. This sport can get physical, but not as physical as football. In basketball, in order to score, you have to shot the ball into a basketball. Sometimes you can score two points, and maybe even three points if you have the range. The uniforms in basketball is more like regular clothing, you wear a tank top and shorts. I
