A detailed Summary of KKK

The Ku Klux Klan was originally formed by six young veterans of the confederate army on Christmas Eve in Pulaski Tennessee during 1865. It was originally named the kuklos Klan (which meant circle clan), but was eventually changed to the Ku Klux Klan which was meant to be a parody of college fraternities and sororities which are usually formed out of three letters from the Greek alphabet. During all of these times the Klan would commit the most hideous crimes that you could think of. They would murder people, rape black women, and much much more. The worst part about it is that they would get away with most of these crimes. Most of these crimes were committed in the south but also happened all over the country in the ladder years of the Klan's history.

Now the Ku Klux Klan's about two thousand members. The largest klavern is in Tuscumbia Alabama. One other large and very notable klavern is in the Chicago area.
