A storm that I was part of , was Hurricane Floyd. It was devastating to all I think. I mean hundreds lost their homes and all their valuable possessions that they had worked life times to obtain. The lines of families applying for federal aid and disaster relief funds, were unbelievably long. My family and I were not hit so hard fortunately, but one can't help but to see the people around them in terrible grief and disbelief.
