A detailed Summary of Response to Evangelium Vitae
First let me start by saying that I am not stating that I either agree or disagree with the practice of abortion. I do however have a response to this proclamation of sorts from Pope John Paul II. I really only have a problem with one fundamental part of his letter. The part that I do not agree with is as follows; "procured abortion is the deliberate and direct killing, by whatever means it is carried out, of a human being in the initial phase of his or her existence, extending from conception to birth."
