For example, would you enjoy seeing your sister, daughter, aunt, or mother jump around on television in a string bikini spreading her legs in the air? Picture this issue for a moment. At this point, if you were similar to most people I know, you would probably be going into convulsions. It's due to the fact that you would not like to view or think of a relative, a close family member and a friend in such a sexual way. However, every time I tune my television to Comedy Central, I see previews for the next episode of "The Man Show.'' These previews always include meager dressed females jumping on trampolines in a sexually provocative way. They would be dancing on the aisles between the audience, juggling their breasts, and much more other acts that are considered inadequate. The majority of the peopl

e consider this as the most disgusting aspect of life they have ever seen. It gives a bad picture of how women are judged in society. They are portrayed frequently as sexual objects, not considered as much of human and not capable to think or say something intelligent. On the other hand, would you consider your sister, daughter, aunt, and mother somewhat less than of a human? Certainly Not. The women performing in that show are all someone's daughter and quite likely someone's sister, aunt, or mother. That kind of depiction creates an image in many males mind that females are regarded as ruthless, ready to grant any kind of favors to any man who pleads for them; and as an object that men release their sexual tension into. This picture even feeds on the myth that women are considered inferior to men. The fact that there are women out there willing to help this interpretation to continue (in some cases, and have no other choice) makes matters even worse.
