Leadership is having the ability to give guidance to ones that will follow. In the new millenium, a leader should be God-fearing, knowledgeable, organized, diplomatic, devoted, determined, generous, and have good communication skills. Any leader at any level of government that has these traits will be successful in all that he or she does. Growth and development into these traits will develop a very strong and a successful leader. A God-fearing leader is a leader that will walk a blameless path. If a leader can walk a blameless path, there shall be none that can call out his faults. A leader that can hide or show no faults cannot be opposed. Also, he or she will gain the trust of the people. A God-fearing leader will also trust in God, to make all things right. If a leader can trust in God, then he or she will make the right decisions. Though his or her decisions might not look pleasant at the time, they will benefit the country in the longrun and promote the welfare of the people.
