After graduating from high school you look back on all the grades mastered, the teachers you had trouble with, the people you encountered, and you realize how much intermediate and high school differ. The major points in which intermediate and high school vary are the way the scheduling is organized, the amount of authority the administration have, and the degree of competition.

First, the type of scheduling practiced at each school is different. In intermediate school there are eight classes a day, each lasting fifty minutes long. These classes are short, however you have to attend each class every day and homework has to be completed the next day. In high school on the other hand, you attend four classes a day, each one an hour and a half long. The c

Secondly, there is a considerable amount of diversity between the authorities that the administration have in both schools. In intermediate school the administration is very strict about dress code and about candy or food in the classrooms. The intermediate administration would send a girl home in a heart beat if her belly button was showing and would write a student up and send them to the office for chewing a simple piece of gum. In high school though, the administration is so lenient they would let a girl walk around in a short mini skirt and allow students to have their drinks in the classroom after lunch.
