Great gatsby
The American Dream is in my opinion the ideals set by families in America to achieve goals that are generally unrealistic to achieve. An example would be the picture of a wealthy middle class family with two children, one boy and one girl, with a dog and a cat all in a nice house with two loving parents and they all get along with no problems whatsoever. The American Dream can also be interpreted as making a lot of money very easily and other things of that sort. There is a problem with the American Dream though, it is the fact, as I stated in the above lines that it is unrealistic and not fully achievable, no one can have the perfect life because everone has a problem somewhere with someone or something. Also if you have by some miracle achieved the American dream, you will be all alone in the The nineteen twenties was an interesting decade. I suppose the twenties were called the Gay Twenties due to the fact that people were very happy back then. There were a lot of enjoyable things, such as the style of music and what people did for fun. The novel The Great Gatsby reflects the nineteen twenties because the storyline took plac
somewhere very close, because the characters are frequently going to New her drive and she killed someone. Because of the fact that she killed together that she was what his life was revolving around. All his money was portrays the twenties as a fun time to be living in.
