Kennedy: One man job
What Evidence is there to prove that the Kennedy Assassination was a One-Man- Job? Who killed President John F. Kennedy? This is an issue which has been debated by scholars, The Government, and even common people alike. Many people seem to feel that it was a conspiracy, some large coverup within a coverup. Some theories are that it was organized by the CIA, Fidel Castro, an Anarchist group, even by Vice-President Lyndon Johnson. However, once all the evidence is examined, it appears that the assassination was done by a lone man. So much of the evidence, from the way the assassination occurred, to the details of the alleged assassins life, and even to the official government findings and a film of the assassination, point to the fact that there was no conspiracy. That Kennedy was killed by a lone gunman. The assassination of President Kennedy shocked the nation. On November 22, 1963, President Kennedy and his wife were in Dallas, Texas trying to gain support for the election in the next year. They were participating in a motorcade, on their way to luncheon in Dallas. In the car, along with the Kennedy's, were Texas Governor John Connally and his wife. All was going well. The crowds had lined the streets to
imprisoned. Without Oswald alive, investigation became difficult. However, all clues seemed to support the lone-gunman theory. Oswald was pro-Communist, and hated America. He was in the Depository at the time of the assassination, and searches of the building found evidence of his work. The rifle with his finger prints on it was found by a make-shift snipers nest. Witnesses on the day claimed to see the shots fired from the sixth story window of the Depository. Oswald was one of the few working in the building on that day, which raises even more suspicion about him. Oswald had access to all the materials needed to kill the President. The fact that Oswald killed the police officer questioning him speaks volumes about his guilt as well. Thus, much of the evidence supports the theory of Oswald's guilt. He was Anti-American, had suffered from mental disorder, had access to the building, his fingerprints were on the weapon, was witnessed around the time, and he killed when questioned. All of this points the finger at Oswald's guilt. "The Zapruder Film." Who Killed Kennedy?. The History Channel. August 1998(?). "Kennedy, John F."
